Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The buyer arranges the item’s return postage and pays the shipping cost.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- When returning from non-EU countries mark the parcel as a RETURN.
- If a buyer returns an item due to purchasing the wrong part, fitment issues, or not wanting the item, a 20% restocking fee will be applied, and the cost of postage and packaging (P&P) is non-refundable.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
